Service was great Foods little greasy
Many times I have ordered a sweet tea. All times it did not seem they added sweetener. Tonight I drove back thru and said I want sweet tea. As we exchanged containers I said ill quickly test this. Lady from the back yelled at me and said she made it and I needed to pull forward. It still had no sweetener. I stopped at another mcdonalds and theirs tasted like sweet tea. Someone needs to report this to the chain.

I waited 15 min to place my order n Once again didnt get correct order. Also i wasnt going to wait another 15 min for them to replace my ordernGiving them one more try if not given correct not only will i not go there but will encourage people not to go
For 3 weeks in a row we have had problems with our order. 1st week they shorted us a fry, and we decided not to bother going back to get it. The next week they shorted us 2 Mcdoubles so this time my husband did go back and the manager took no responsibility for the error acting like it was no big deal. Tonight they left an entire meal off my order, so I paid at the food window, told the server this was the 3rd time we'd had problems at this location. He got short with me and told me that there's an order app that I can use to check my order. I ordered at the drive thru so why should I have to use an app. There is a lack of leadership and poor management and I'll take my business to the Eastgate location from now on.
