I copied my car keys and I couldn't be more grateful for the service! I love the fact that you can save the keys in the system so I no longer have to worry about bringing a key to copy.

This was a very pleasant experience. I went to the KeyMe kiosk at the Bed, Bath, and Beyond store (one block from my apartment), had no trouble with the machine. I had my keys as quickly as I might have at any other facility.

A Bed Bath and Beyond employee came by and asked if I needed help. Showed me how to do each step and was pleasant . I was able to get the keys I urgently needed in a short time. I was truly grateful for the helpfulness of this employee and that I could walk out a short time later with the keys I needed,

Took advantage of a buy-2-get-1-free promotion, and purchased a plain key, a graphic key, and a novelty key (with an integrated bottle opener) from a KeyMe kiosk inside a BB&B. All three copies worked in my lock at home, and the kiosk saved me a separate trip to a big box hardware store right before Christmas. The little bump in cost was more than offset by the saved time and hassle of the separate errand. Thanks, KeyMe!
