Top notch services for coffee, tea, bottled beverages, flavored/sparkling water dispensers and pantry snacks/supplies for the office. The Pot O' Gold Team is enjoyable to work and communicate with. They value speed and follow-up on all questions and requests with a sense of urgency. I have only worked with Pot O Gold for about nine months and I can safely say that I have only had the best experience with them! They are super responsive over email and over the phone and are always willing to try new things to make customers happy. I recently called in with something I wasn’t sure they could do and Blake and staff were able to do it and execute it perfectly. We worked together and I had a lot of questions, but I was never made to feel like I was bothering them. They always made me feel comfortable in all communications. I’m glad we’ve kept in contact during this crazy time and I’m very happy with the service I’ve experienced so far!

I have managed our Pot O’ Gold coffee service accounts for over 15 years and two separate companies. Employees from both companies continuously express their appreciation, not just for the quality selection of coffees, teas and soft drinks, but our water cooler and extensive variety of snacks. They also provide cleaning and hospitality supplies. Our coffee machine makes espresso shots, lattes, mochas and hot chocolate in addition to regular coffee/decaf. It’s been a huge hit! A technician arrives once a week to rotate and restock supplies. IF there’s ever a problem with any of the equipment they’re there within an hour to troubleshoot. It’s an extremely well-managed company and that allows me to focus on other tasks that require attention.nThank you Laurie, Lisa, Corey, Blake(s), Blair, Larry, Alex and ALL of the POG family for your fantastic customer service! It continues to be a pleasure.
