I had difficulty finding an attorney who would take my case on. But Mr. Gardner did and I can’t thank him enough for seeing it through for me, which he did quickly and successfully. I knew I could trust his expertise and place everything in his capable hands. The relief of having done so is enormous. And the staff was helpful, accessible, timely, and professional throughout the process. I would call on Mr. Gardner again and would recommend him and his firm a thousand times over.

Mr. Gardner was amazing! We recently purchased a coop and he was able to review our offer terms and contract documents, corporation documents and mortgage and closing documents on a quick turnaround and working around both sides availability and timelines. He provided very helpful advice that addressed our concerns and helpful comments and suggestions on all of the documents. He was very reasonable and more than fair in charging his time for this work and super efficient in getting everything. Finally, he even recommended an excellent home inspector for us. Could not recommend Mr Gardner more highly! We will be back for legal help and matters we have in the future.
