I was referred to Mr. Daniel through the MetLife Legal Plan (which I have through my employer). Mr. Daniel was extremely helpful, surprisingly patient (for a lawyer) and while my case was not grand at all took me through all the basics and explained what and how I had to do. Highly recommended.

Jim is excellent! I cannot stress that enough. Jim has helped me go through my Adjustment of Status (green card), Employment Authorization Document (EAD) and Advance Parole (AP) applications, which can be very complicated. During the pandemic he was always accessible and so verse with what was going on with the immigration process despite things being changed on a constant basis.nnEverything was done swiftly and Jim would reassure me whenever there was a lengthy process .
