Never answer the phone I live to many voice mails and never return the call so not good service pésimo I so disappointed
This is the worst agency I've ever dealt encountered. I've been trying to reach someone there for months regarding my case. I've tried countless times, been placed on hold for almost 2 hours ,then get disconnected on their end. The call back feature they have does not work most of the time. And when the center does call back, you are still placed on hold. Dealing with this place is extremely stressful and time consuming. If google let me, I would give it a ZERO star rating
SERIOUSLY understaffed! NOT the staffs fault! Come ON MontCnty, treat your citizens better! You HAVE to go in person. Even before COVID the phone wait times were very long .You HAVE to go in person to receive a resolution. Faxed the same information over and over for months, no resolution. FedExed the same info, no acknowledgement. Had to fly in from another state and go to the office to ensure documents were received. Once there, the staff member was VERY helpful and personable. AGAIN... SERIOUSLY understaffed.
My son does not graduate until 6/4/21.He turned 18 in February and they stopped my payments that come from VA.Way to go Md.Your really for the child.I’ve done more work for my child support case than the actual paid employees have.
I had a bad experience dealing with the MCOCS Enforcement Administration. For a very long period of time. Its staff is not to be trusted in my opinion.
