Well done managing the pools under the coronavirus. Si glad I had a place to swim. Thank you.
Can I give no star?! Spent $550 for an annual swim pass and was told babysitter could use it to take my kids, then was told otherwise at the pool. I have memberships for the zoo and aquarium both allow flexibility for family care taker. Not with MC recreation, no temporary pass, not transferable, not refundable. The most family unfriendly policy! Called customer service who had no customer service skill whatsoever only to dump me to a different department that didn’t pick up the phone. Never again will I spend this kind of money on county services. Facilities are otherwise fine, but it’s not worth the frustration that you’ll certainly endure!!!
We attended the Winter Solstice Campfire event on 12/21/17 and my son and his friend had a wonderful time. Julie lead us through a couple small craft activities and the kids loved roasting marshmallows on the campfire. Took about 1.5 hours.
Really disappointed. Why this office send us a letter with phone number on it and I call them they don't have solution or just the operator pass to another numbers and the same thing. Registration services doesn't answer either. I left a message a weeks ago and no call backs.
The only question I have for this office is why are they in office? That’s all, this latina girl in front desk she helped one of senior citizen she got so tired and she didn’t want help the rest of us in line she’s so disrespectful she didn’t even apologize she just said I’m out and walk off with her food seriously ud83dude12
