Had what I needed and price was right!
Good service. The sales associate helped me pick out exactly the type of phone that I needed. The phone could not be connected in store due to my service plan. That is my only complaint. I still had to go to the carrier's store to activate the phone. Otherwise, the associate was great. He explained the features of the phone very well.
Customer service was Phenomenal . And I made sure that I told each and every staff member that I came in contact with. the lady in the computer area the Microsoft specialist the guy who rang me up the lady at the front desk they just really went over and Beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed and that if they didn't have it in store made sure they told me what I needed to do to get it and what they could do to get it. They told me that they were short staff and not once did I feel like they were. definitely a great store I walked out of there with the TV for my son and information on the computer and printer that I need it
I just had a car audio install done on my f150, it was a complicated job with all 4 door speakers, tweeters, a sub woofer, sound deadening, an amp and on top of that I had a hard wired security dash cam as well. Nate took care of me and the guys at the Rockville Best Buy did a tremendous job on my truck, the camera works great, the sound system sounds AMAZING and Nate explained how to work everything and it was a clean job. Will be coming back for future projects and upgrade soon. Thanks Nate!!!
