These guys rock. Phenomenal customer service. They went above and beyond to make our purchase as smooth and possible and were the most accommodating car dealership I have ever been to. I wanted a Maserati when I walked through the door and left with an Alfa Romeo off the showroom floor. While it was half of what I came to spend, they never pushed me one way or the other. See Mike, he is the man. Thanks Mike. We will be back for more.

My experience with the service team at Criswell Maserati was fantastic as always. Alex & Anthony are very knowledgeable and extremely accommodating to their clients. Grew up in Maryland and presently live In Ohio. Did a car search from Ohio to Maryland as to how far I would go to purchase a car. I actually picked two other dealerships to do the transaction. One dealer barely responded at all. The second one was way to high in price. I had reached out to Criswell and had the pleasure of working with Micheal Disogra . Worked the deal out and purchased a used 2016 Lexus IS from them . Friendly and competent. Thank you for your time and patience. Highly recommend this dealership.

It is such a pleasure to purchase a car hassle-free and worry-less from a place where people are professional and pleasant.
