Was very pleased with my experience. Was greeted by an associate as soon as I arrived. She pointed me in the right direction for my appointment with Fernando. The entire dealership was very accommodating and super friendly. Happy with my purchase and would buy from again.

Before purchasing from Rosenthal, I had looked around for all kinds of cars in the DMV. One of the biggest factors I made the purchase from Rosenthal is their quality of service and trust. I’m a little irritated because I spent 25 grand and I saw a clean car fax but later when I got the car home to wax her because I’m a paint freak I was ok with the chips in the paint but when I saw this huge area that appeared Matte the finish on the corner on the rear bumper in knew what it was. This is one of these paint guys that comes to dealers and fix damage . However they should had did it the right way or left it. But since they recondition the cars to try to get more money do it the right way. The clear coat is what gives it away.nThe rear bumper on my new used car I bought from them I will have to take it to a paint shop and have it addressed. They rather not tell me about this and do this shady repair to maximize profit however my friends honesty is everything and this was not honest. I will take my money elsewherenThe sales lady was very good and she knew nothing about these damages this is the people at the dealer the higher ups

For sales just do your homework, even before a test drive, sales folks are wonderful if you've done the up front work, finance very thorough, and we didn't feel any pressure for extended warranty or other extras though they were explained, initial experience a week after purchase with service dept to install accessories was positive, work done well and in time as promised, nice waiting facilities as well. J

Just had my first experience making a big purchase for a vehicle and I chose Rosenthal Acura for my 2021 RDX A-Spec. My representative, Julian Collins, was nothing short of perfect. Easily the most patient person I’ve worked with in sales, he took time out of his days repeatedly to answer my nagging questions about the RDX, the TLX and the various competitors. His breadth of knowledge eased my mind and allowed me to buy from a position of absolute certainty. From the specs down to the budgeting, Julian made sure that I made the best purchase for me and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking to make an informed purchase with absolute peace of mind to reach out to this man.
