I bought a car from them 15 years ago. Like someone else stated, pretty cars with engine problems. I had the car 10 days & the check engine light appeared. I took it to our mechanic we’ve trusted & used for years. He said the engine was shot & realistically, actually had 147k on it; not 47k. He told me I should get rid of it ASAP or I’d have nothing but issues for the duration of my ownership.nnI called them, explained the situation & they gave me a different car to replace my dream car I originally wanted; a 2001 Honda Prelude. In walks a Mitsubishi Eclipse. What was wrong with this one?nnIt wouldn’t start TWICE on me. It was also given to me with a headlight out. My mechanic looked at this one too & said most of the bottom of the car was rusted. I told them I wanted a full refund. They said no. I got an attorney involved & I got all of my money back.nnBuyer Beware! I’m shocked by all the positive reviews! Go in with your eyes WIDE open! Don’t be an unlucky one like I was!

I bought my first car at a 1 import I did’t know what I want and I had no credit they help me to select a 16 civic touring. And they help me with insurance and financing. I love my car and sending all my friends to this place. They really good people with clean nice cars. I am recomanding A 1 imports

I cannot overstate how good the customer service is here. Everyone, including the manager himself, will go above and beyond to make sure you and your car are properly taken care of. I will absolutely be coming back here in the future.
