I enjoyed my experience at Ourisman Chevrolet of Rockville. My salesman, Robb, and the manager, Cameron, took excellent care of me. They were very friendly, organized, and professional. They went the extra mile on multiple occasions to make sure I was taken care of. Cameron was straightforward yet respectful, and he did everything he could to ensure my satisfaction as a customer. I am very happy with my new Chevy and the buying experience. I highly recommend this dealership. I have referred friends and family and will continue to do so.

I should start that I ended up buying a car and I’m very happy with it - the initial salesman was great and our experience with the finance person was great too (we ended up just paying cash). I would not recommend you to friend last because of the way the Ourisman Promise was added to our initial offer. First, no one mentioned the Ourisman Promise would be added. Plus, there are signs all around the showroom that say the Ourisman Promise is AT NO CHARGE TO YOU. The capital letters are on the sign. Meanwhile, the first offer written for us had a charge of $3950 for the Ourisman Promise. We had to fight multiple times with a sales manager to get it removed. When I wanted to read the details about the lifetime engine warranty, they made it seem like it was an absurd question...what’s so hard to see understand about a lifetime warranty. Sure enough, the fine print says that every oil change, oil filter change, tire rotation, etc. has to be done by Ourisman. We live at least 40 minutes away from the closest dealer and that’s not happening for an oil change. I understand the major financial benefit to you for this “Promise”, but it came across as extremely shady considering they were trying to get me to sign my name to the agreement without telling me that detail, when I asked multiple times about the fine print. Overall, the price for the car was good enough to keep me there but not enough for me to recommend you above others.

I had a satisfying experience with Ourisman Chevrolet service department. I was able to schedule an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation within 24 hours. It took about an hour to get my car back and I was pleasantly surprise to find out that I did not have to pay a penny as the first service maintenance for my car which I did not purchase from them was free. They have earned themselves a return customer.

I bought my first car through them. I worked with Tomas Carlo and he was great, I will definitely come here for my servicing and other car needs. He was just as excited and relieved as I was while going through the process. Almost everyone there was very polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend this dealership.
