I visited here on a whim searching for something to cure my sweet tooth, and let me tell you, I was not disappointed! The cashier was very sweet and informative, explaining the options and answering my questions. This is chocolate from the Dominican Republic and it is very rich and the flavors are quite unique. I enjoyed trying a variety of different bonbons and was not disappointed. I also tried their tea which was refreshing and not too sweet. If you are in the area and enjoy chocolate, I would recommend stopping in. (Also they sell beautiful gift options!)

I want to tell you a tale of how this company is the embodiment of what great customer service looks like.nnI placed an order the Friday before Valentine's Day because I'm a procrastinator. I purchased the courier delivery method to ensure it arrived before the big day, when my shipping email arrived on Valentine's Day it looks like it was going USPS, and while I back the blue, I know they're not going to make the delivery on time. I called the recipient to let her know that her gift was in flight but wouldn't arrive in time.nnI sent an email to the customer service line with my order number and asking if it's possible for me to have the courier fee refunded. Instead I got a phone call from one of the owners who apologized and said he would personally make the delivery, and he did! My Valentine's Day was saved all because a very successful and very busy person took time out of his day to make it right for me, a guy that he'd never met, a customer who was just trying them out for the first time.nnThe chocolate was amazing and I'm a forever customer now!

The chocolate is fantastic and the hot chocolate was excellent. I'm a pretty picky person, but they impressed me. It can be on the pricy side, but it was definitely worth it. Kudos.

Eric Reid runs a miraculous little gem of a chocolate shop right here in Montgomery County with not only the best chocolates for miles around but also with a global footprint that is dedicated to improving the lives of cocao farmers worldwide. Love this place!
