Great food like always, but terrible customer service.I'm not one to ever complain or even bother writing a review, however, the young gentleman working cash register is VERY rude without reason.nIt's not the first time i've experienced terrible customer service at this location but Id say todays experience really killed my morning. Mind you i am a polite and respectful individual. Not sure what incould have said for him to be so rude towards me.

Best bagels. Love this location serve with urgency great customer service. I come here ever other day for 2 cinnamon bagels.

Bagels are great ... service is too slow. It's not the people, but the process they have go thru to fill an order.

Customer service is terrible. So I had been standing outside for 10mins (I understand due to COVID). People had been holding the door open the entire time I was there. Then when it was my turn to 'hold the door open' a worker scolded me while I was on the phone. All the people that held the door open before me just looked at him puzzled. I guess he felt comfortable with yelling at a person of color instead of the people before me. I like how the sign on the door says 10 people only (with 20 people in the store for the 35mins I was in there) and he didn't seem concerned by that. I should have left after that but I had already been waiting. BIG MISTAKE. The girl at the register dropped my coffee lid on the table, didn't offer a new one (yuck). Bagel wasn't toasted even though I asked for it to be. Coffee was horribly cold. I definitely won't be back and I usually come with my family.
