Pretty busy location, upon entering others were waiting for coffee and I left before them with my order which was incorrect, not sure if call outs, new hires, or what was going on here but was disappointed over all. The older woman. Who was working the breakfast sandwich station kept her area very neat, clean, and organized and you could tell she took pride in her work. When she wasn't making orders she was cleaning.I loved seeing that.

Coffe and products are always good. But customer services is lacking of kindness. Tonight I ordered in the store and the only employee was in bad mood. I was charged for a large chocolate but my cup came 1/4 empty. Managers need to schedule more than one employee at nights.

The place where I take a break every Friday. Get my coffee and donuts and relax for an hour or so. Love it and can recommend it.

Ordered food on Uber Eats from this place and only half of our order showed up. The driver said they didn’t give him anything else. We go to the store to get the food we ordered and were refused. The cashier first apologized saying they had a new employee then had us speak to the manager on the phone. He proceeded to blame Uber and tell us to reorder everything we paid for through Uber again. He refused to give us the food we had already paid for and then started chewing out his employees Over the phone for admitting there was a new employee. Completely unprofessional and terrible experience. I can’t believe we were treated this way as customers. We left the store literally being told we were not going to be given the food we paid for.
