i come to this branch all the time and i am always respectful towards the employees. today i came in to place an order and one of the employees was making an order before she made mine. she had been working with some bacon and i kindly requested if she could please change her gloves before she made my order. she got so defensive and started whispering to her coworker. i felt so embarrassed that i was being talked about while i was still standing there. is this how customers are treated? i asked kindly and respectfully.

The reason why I'm giving this 1 star review to my local coffe shop is because the last 2 times I've been in this place I've felt very disappointed about how the employees treated me, they are not very polite, specially the cashier on Saturday mornings, I spend a good amount on this place every time I go in and I dont expect to be treated like if I'm begin for something I'm paying with my money, they are really rude and not even say hi or something.nI totally encourage management to train better who you have as cashiers as they represent your company with every customer, I'm the mean time I expect to be treated better next time I go to spend my money there .

This location is absolutely terrible. The service was so slow and the food tasted and smelled so disgusting we had to throw it away. We went in and placed our order (first in line, no one else in store) and it still managed to take over 20 mins for two breakfast sandwiches to be prepared. The two workers did not seem to have a care in the world and were moving slower than molasses with 6-8 people behind us waiting as well. The worker preparing our order seemed to not use gloves in some instances preparing the eggs and would touch his face with his bare hands and then go to prepare our food. With all of that, we decided to still try to eat the food. What a bad decision that was...it stunk like rotten eggs and made us sick we had to throw the rest away. This location is dirty and has zero management capabilities. Needs to be shutdown ASAP.

I was in about 815 AM this morning. I was walking so I used the lobby. Service was quick with the food. However after watching several people go in and out the doors this morning to include a employee taking care of the trash this morning (no cleaning of the door handle) I wanted to use the rest room to wash up before touching my food. The lady cleaning in the lobby are told me no the restroom was only for the employees. And people wonder why we have a covid problem?

The women who works opening shift has been at this Einstein for years and consistently does a great job. Even with a minimum crew early in the morning they successfully juggle multiple orders to get us in and out quickly. They continue to do a great job during Covid-19 and their sandwiches are delicious so I can get a bagel for breakfast and my lunch at the same time and I don't need to go out more than once during the day.
