I'm one of those people that doesn't like pancakes but when I'm forced to eat them, I put savory toppings on. My husband and I met friends here for dessert and I'm happy to report that this works. The crepes are thin, crispy around the edge, slightly chewy one the inside, and just a touch sweet. Good proportion of filling to crepe, in my opinion; more crepe than filling but just enough so that it doesn't spill out the sides. The fillings stole the show. We ordered the chocolate lover's and the blueberry cheese sweet crepes. The chocolate truffles were rich and creamy. The vanilla and chocolate ice cream reminded me of Sarah's Handmade Ice Cream: artisan, intense flavors, a little goes a long way. Also happy with the service. Crepes made fresh, barista brought the crepes out to us as well as napkins and utensils. Excited to try the savory crepes next time!
The iced lattes were amazing (mocha & caramel (in the back)!! Better than a lot of coffee shops honestly. Didn’t try a crepe but definitely will be back to try them.
Their menu is very creative. Love Amai Crepe in Rockville, Maryland.
Great place for sweet or savory crepes.
