The worst experience I have had with an accountant. Jack Wan is arrogant, condescending, impatient, makes promises to be available then does not respond to emails or phone calls. He went on vacation before tax filing due date and said he would have to extend filing. When questioning his practices he becomes unhinged. Each of two years he has provided the return, he has to retract and resend the documents. I have a wonderful accountant now whom I trust and can depend on.

Jack Wan CPA was highly recommended to me by a large international accounting firm who was hired by my company to handle my international tax filings. Not only did Jack respond immediately to my request for a personal tax accountant but he also provided prompt and thorough knowledge and support for both US and international taxes. Jack, with his strong communications skill, patiently walked me through both the basic and complexity of my situation.On top of this since I live overseas, Jack was great about finding the time to work with me even with the time difference. The positive customer experience and personal touch Jack provides are invaluable. I look forward to having Jack provide tax services now and for my future endeavors. I would highly recommend Jack Wan CPA to anyone and everyone.

I contacted this CPA firm and scheduled a meeting. I was highly disappointed when the date came and no one showed up to my office. I called their office and left messages and no one responded.

Mr. Wan did a great job with our tricky overseas taxes. He also included tax planning for the next year and helpful advice for financial planning. He was very responsive, transparent, and methodical in his dealings with us. We really appreciate finding a knowledgeable professional who also has great client interaction skills.

He was very thorough and explained very clearly what type of due diligence I should do. His insight was invaluable in helping me decide on investing in the business opportunity.
