Ive always had great service at this location, all employees are very friendly when you speak with them. My carry out meal has only been incorrect once, but considering how much I order from them thats pretty much negligible. ud83dude02 Thanks for being a great friendly location!

Any time I’ve ordered from here, the food is never ready. I get there at the time I mark to pick it up and they haven’t even started making it yet! Half the time they are just sitting there laughing and then when I come in, they start to make it. When I go up to ask why, they never have a proper reason. And there never is a rush when I order so I don’t see any excuse as to why the food is never ready. I understand how things are difficult, but when I have a limited time break and I put the order in an hour in advance stating my pick up time, I expect my order to be ready then.
The workers need staff development. There were two items in my order. The person that prepared my order put a food item on the wrong dish. She apologized and said she would make it over. I said that was ok. I would take it as is. Then she said I wouldn't be charged $2 since I didn't ask for that extea item. When I got to the register, I was charged for the extra item. Their customer service skills were sub par. They were not sure what they were doing. They need to improve their manners. The cashier just put a bag on the counter then moved on to the next customer. I asked if that was my order. She said yes, then pushed the bag toward me without saying anything else. I do not recommend visiting this Chipotle's, and I don't plan on going back.
Waited in a long line at the Chipotle in Easton MD. only to find out they were out of steak. She said there was going to be a long wait for it. I asked her how long? She said 4 minutes. I told her I would wait. So, I got out of line and waited. I was told I could get back in line. When I did order my steak bowl there was a good amount of steak put in there, however I had salsa, corn, sour cream, and guac put on it. Each had barely half a spoonful of each put there because the containers were almost empty. They should have been more prepared to be able to give you the amount of toppings that each bowel is supposed to have. They did not seem to have any direction at the time to ensure they were not running low or out of items. I was very disappointed.
