We needed our exterior trim repainted on our two story home. Something that I wasn't climbing a 30+ ft ladder to deal with.nWe called in four painting businesses to quote the work. One didn't show up to quote the work, two quoted the work at a cost that had us second guessing.nThen Chad showed up and quoted the work WELL BELOW the other two companies. So much that we were a bit apprehensive that he didn't fully understand what we wanted.nnLong story short, we gave Chad @ Precision Painting the job. He showed up on time, stayed until the work was complete and did a FANTASTIC job.nnIf you have a painting project (big or small), call Chad. Now he's busy... so be patient when scheduling the work. HE'S BUSY FOR A REASON! He's that good at what he does and he can do the work for less than the large companies in the Preston area.nnThe decision is easy. Call Chad. You will thank me later....

I never give reviews but I couldn’t help myself this time.. I had to have the exterior of my home painted and the basement waterproofed to attract renters but i went through 4 bids that were so expensive that I almost gave up.. until I was referred to Chad at Precision Painting. I couldn’t be more pleased and thankful. He was so easy to talk to and I felt that he wanted to please me as a customer rather than just as a paycheck.. the house looks brand new now and I haven’t had a leak in the basement since! And he was half the cost of anyone else... and I was able to have the house rented within a week! I’ve never been happier working with a contractor than I was with Chad.. and I hope he’s ready to work on my properties for years to come!
