A little while back, my company sought out Chris Jennings to solve an ongoing dispute with an out of town contractor. Throughout the ordeal, Chris was instrumental in guiding us through the process and facilitating our desired result. Was not able to do his job. Avoided phone calls and didn't return calls. Didn't seem to have a grasp on the basic current laws.
