Kind Cajun folks work here, they are always offering help and have a smile on their faces! The store its self is always very clean , never a long wait to check out. If the lines get long I've seen the manager open up the check cashing area to check people out. The food is reasonably priced, and they make some of their own sausage that is amazing!! Produce is always fresh and if you have any problems someone will make it right ! Over all Heberts is a great place to shop and also a great place to grab a hot home cooked lunch on the go!
Rude service, and not a mask to be seen. I was given dirty looks when I entered wearing a mask. When I checked out, the cashier looked annoyed at first that she had to stop her conversation to ring me up, and when I was leaving she looked to her friends and rolled her eyes at me, ostensibly for my wearing a mask.
The female women at the register where talking about gossip and when I was paying she was very impatient. The next day I had to go back but instead I went to the other female and she was the same way rude and impatient. They where very unprofessional.
Very happy with the shopping. Excellent Service.
Herbert's has good prices on all their products.
