Jeremy Higgins who work for this company came and broke my hot water heater creating substantial damages to my home. He/ the business was referred to us and now they are saying they are not responsible because the initial appt was set up via the employees phone number even though he came in a company truck/uniform. Unbelievable
What can I say other than Derrick and his team especially Jeremy got me out of a bind. They came to my rescue and put up with my whining and complaining with such professionalism! His price was very fair and work was done to satisfaction. The communication was fantastic the entire time. He’s a great guy and I would definitely recommend him and his crew to anyone. Derrick if you are reading this, thank you for all you and Jeremey did for us. I truly appreciate more than you will ever know!
