Horrible Wait for fast food in the drive thru and ride service.
We have been going here for years. We live down the road so on quick dinner night, it’s convenient. I’ve never complained before, because nobody is perfect. However, lately, the drive thru staff is rude, they do not listen to what you say and/or cut you off while you are giving your order. I’m done with them. There are so many other places to go.
Despite the COVID situation making the sitting area closed, they had a window between the gas station and sitting area where one could order. Staff was friendly, food wast hot, & quick service. We were just passing through, but everything was great.
None of our order waa as correct. They forgot 3 of our items and the line was so long we never went get them.... customer service was the worst.
Worst McDonald’s we have ever been to, same as there Rest of the reviews. I watched many customers walk off before someone screamed at us and we left too. There people working drive through only. We rang the bell in the lobby entrance and someone said they would be right with us. After at least ten min we rang it again and some started screaming at us from behind the wall. You have know idea how much money you are losing at this store...
