Atlas Home Service

First, thanks for fixing the heating. This was by far one of the best customer service experiences we have had in recent memory. A+ service from the moment we were contacted by Ms. Trina at the front desk, to our follow up visit by service manger Justin and final service call by Noah and Jonathan. We normally might not remember names, but that was one of the service pluses they give, identifying themselves in advance by text and with follow up calls. There was never any doubt in our minds that we were in good hands. We hope you all receive as abundantly as you have given. Good job!

Our heat died on the night of the worst Louisiana winter in 30+ years. No one was opened Monday so we tried again on Tuesday, calling some local businesses in desperation. We had used another local company two years ago and they were unprofessional and unreliable. Atlas was incredible! They were trying to get their people out on service calls, despite so many roads being closed. We hit the jackpot with Atlas, and their HVac Tech- Josh. Josh kept us updated on his way to our house and arrived quicker than we could've imagined. He crawl into our tiny attic crawl space and was down within 5 minutes, with a picture of our problem (a burnt to crisp wire). He then grabbed a few things from the truck and back up he went. The whole process took maybe 15 minutes and it definitely fixed the issue. We were blown away by the quality and speed of the work, plus the communication and knowledge that we got from Josh from start to finish. We'll be calling them for any issues going forward. Don't waste your time with the polar bear company, go with Atlas and get it done right the first timenPs- we love their commercials. That's the reason we called.

Hunter and Levi from ATLAS Home Service came today to install a heater/AC unit. They showed up on time and were professional with there work and cleaned up after themselves. Looking forward to having heat and A/C without issues on those cold nights and hot days! Thanks guys.

I called this company because we're interested in getting a whole home generator installed and they have excellent reviews online. I had an appointment for someone to come to our house to talk about it. I was expecting a professional technician to talk to me about our needs. What I got was a pure salesperson. The guy shows up with no company vehicle and no uniform. It's just a random guy. He spends the first 10 minutes bad-mouthing Generac because he's trying to up-sell me. (FYI, the company sells Generac, so he's putting down a product he's supposed to be trying to sell.) At the end of the conversation, he's talking about the company's referral bonus for customers, tells me a story about someone who hides his from his wife, and implies that I could maybe do the same. At this point, I'm basically speechless, so I thank him for his time and send him on his way. I immediately got on my computer, called several companies, and was able to get someone out the same day to give me a quote. That person arrived in a company vehicle, was wearing a uniform, and was way more professional than the representative from Atlas.nnI will not be purchasing a generator from this company, nor will I ever be purchasing any products or services from them. I was dumbfounded by the whole exchange with their salesperson. I doubt Generac would appreciate their products being criticized by someone who gets paid to sell them. Also, it's 2021, not 1960, and I'm amazed that a person, in the course of doing their job, would imply that I would hide money from my wife. That's just completely inappropriate.

Hunter’s crew installed a hvac system and a home generator for my home today. They were absolutely wonderful. Very professional and a fun crew! Will use for any future needs. Thank you very much guys!
