Waited in line for 20min to be told by a girl standing next to the order menu who said their server has been down all morning and they are only accepting cash. I then had to wait another 5 minutes or so to get out because I was stuck in the line. They should be letting people know at the entrance so that they don't waste 30 min sitting in a line. Its really disappointing service.

The staff was warm and inviting, offering samples of anything we were interested in trying before selecting our meal.nThe ingredients of were super fresh and so damn delicious.nIt’s so nice to have a new healthy lunch option in town!nWill definitely be coming back. ud83dudc93

When I was visiting Alexandria I drove by this location and was intrigued. A chicken salad place next to another chicken restaurant - I had to try something new. We drove up to the location 40 minutes before they were supposed to be closing, and even though they could see us at the door, they ignored us. I was determined to try this place out so we went around to the drive-thru. Two of us ordered plates with 3 scoops each - both different. They were out of ice tea and didn't offer us anything else but we got a fountain drink. When we got back to our room to look at our meals, we had absolutely no idea which meal was which - it just looked like a bunch of white globes. Some type of identification would have been a huge help. Interesting concept, but not well executed. I love Chicken salad, but it will be awhile before I'm craving it again, especially after this experience. Staff attitudes and store hours need a lot of work.
