Very first time eating here and was absolutely blown away! World-class service, five-star menu and atmosphere! This is the sort of place you go to impress a date. Waiter’s name was Rob, extremely pleasant and friendly young man. Service was by far the best I’ve received in quite some time. Will recommend to anyone I see, and will definitely dine here again! Absolute 10/10!! Bravo Verona!

1st time I’ve been in 5 years. Hostess sat us in the back (raised area with rails). 3 tables- 1 occupied and 2 vacant. We had our menus and reviewed it. We received bread and start munching on it. We realized nobody came to get our drink order. We sat and watched one girls purpose was to strictly bring bread and she delivered bread to 3 other tables that were seated after us. Finally the waitress for our 3 table section shows up to the table seated before us delivering salad and doesn’t acknowledge us but acknowledges the other table seated after us. She leaves and comes back to same table with a shredded cheese plate or something. And turns to 3rd table that was seated after us. We decided to leave at that point and made a comment about “paying for the bread” to the owner/hostess. She claimed she would take care of us but how could she as she was answering a cordless phone while seating customers. They were not busy. 6pm on Friday and tables were empty. We sat long enough to learn who was doing what jobs. I realize it’s one person probably messed up by not even taking our drink orders but starts at the top. Bread girl was really doing her job well though.
