Is a CLOSED sign too much to ask. This location is constantly closed for one reason or another. I know it’s usually situations outside their control. BUT there’s still several cars in the parking lot and a line in the drive through. Only for you to pull up and be greeted by a voice saying some variation of “I’m sorry we’re closed due to...”nAn actual open/closed sign would be very helpful since it’s a 50/50 chance they’re actually open during business hours.nOtherwise the staff is friendly and the drinks are good.

Waited 45 minutes for 2 easy coffees, one house black and one white chocolate mocha. Husband went in to complain while waiting. When we were finally served our order we were referred to as that car! I will be calling the manager on Monday to file an official complaint. You aren't the only coffee house in town.

Lady at the window was super nice. She ended up getting an outrageously large order when I pulled up to the window. The kind where you have someone state they want one thing and then substitute everything, basically making it something else, but they want to order it that particular qay. Ended up keeping her on the headset for 10 minutes while I sat there. Lady was super apologetic but very professional and even offered to remake my coffee which I declined. Very good coffee but very busy.

Drinks were good, service moderately quick near 5pm rush hour. But the other DT customers were HORRIBLE! Almost was hit 3 times in this town. Leave this location to the locals, let their insurance rates spike. ud83dude15

I have been so happy with having a Starbucks that I could just drive through. But today I drove 30 mins from grant parish to get a coffee and there is a sign up saying they will now be closing at 1. If possible I believe they should change their google hours. But other then that the service and drinks are wonderful.
