I am not a big coffee fan but I go every once in awhile. The black and white hot of course has brought me to STAR Bucks twice this week!n9/20 Once again another awesome experience! The Carmel Cloud Macchiato and a PuP cup for my dog. They drew a cartoon puppy on my pup cup. They are always friendly and my coffee is always rockin!!

Was in a rush and on an important phone call and I forgot my mask in the car. The girl went to hand me one which I took from her no problem. Once I got off the phone the way she approached me and spoke to me about putting on the mask was extremely rude. It was by complete accident and simply being in a rush that I forgot my mask in the car. I did not complain about having to take one of theirs or complain about having to put it on but the approach with the situation from the girl behind the counter was terrible. For my first time going into the Starbucks my experience was awful the customer service from her was awful. Then when I asked for a manager she told me she was the manager.Then the main manager walked out and asked what the problem was and handled the situation very nicely. The main manager also explained that this girl was simply a shift manager not the main manager like she told me.

I recently write that there was a line, but now there is still a line but it moves fairly quickly. The service is great, and the coffee is wonderful! Try the Skittles Frappecino! (Strawberries, no classic syrup, 3 pumps Vanilla Syrup, & 1 pump raspberry syrup)

I absolutely LOVE this Starbucks, the people that work there are some of the nicest people that I have had the pleasure of meeting. They always have smiles on their face and truly seem like they enjoy what the do. The customer service is top notch, I have never had a bad experience and I've been going to this particular Starbucks for as I can remember. I highly recommend.
