This location is one of the worst. Just about every time I come you end up having to pull on the side to wait on your food and it’s a long wait. Very poor service! If you are expecting your food within 20 minutes you better think again.
Just like my pass reviews. Decided to try once more because we work so close to the restaurant. But to no surprise I was served cold RAW CHICKEN! See for yourself.
First time at this location. Stop for lunch and it felt like I was in line forever. The people at the window was not polite by any means. I did not get my red beans and only one bbq sauce for all my chicken strips. The lobby was not open and I did not have the time to turn around go back and sit in line again. The location looked extremely rundown. I would not return to this location.
There were 12 cars from the drive through waiting for there food in the parking lot. I have never seen that before. I ended up waiting 45 minutes for my food and they got the order wrong. Won't ever go back. Sandwich was good though.
They are very disrespectful. The cashier was wearing an orange shirt I believe she’s the manager but she’s the most disrespectful one. She must think she owns the place. So sad she treats her customers bad they should fix that. Also I counted about 4 flies flying in the kitchen. I love Popeyes but I guess I’ll have to drive all the way to Houma because I’m never going back again to that one.
