I always have a great experience here. Tonight I ordered to go and while i was waiting for my food I had 4 different people ask me if someone was helping me in the span of 10 minutes. Also every time we eat here the food is great and the people nice. Best place to eat in town.
Wasn't the best time I had there. Server was not on point, food was mediocre at best meaning server was not prompt on taking orders. Food was warm to touch with a very hot plate. Still good though just not up to my expectations as last few times I went there.
The Polo Loco tastes fine, but a few hours later, I had to make several trips to the bathroom. Being a Thursday, maybe they hadn't received fresh deliveries of chicken yet. I'm sure it's fine most of the time, but not today!
Margaritas are good and strong. I had the burrito loco last, it was great. The waitress was friendly and checks on you from time to time.
Went to el Paso on my business trip from the greeting, to my server STEVEN, I felt right at home... very clean, keeping social distance, and did I say how GOOD AND SATISFYING THE FOOD WAS... ask for STEVEN VERY VERY ATTENTIVE, as I ate several of the staff member greeted me, which also made me fell very WELCOME!!! Im very happy I choose EL PASO
