cold fries after waiting 15 minutes outside for a mobile order.
Ordered a Big Mac meal and they forgot my fry. I was a good twenty miles away. I called and no one answered so I headed back. While waiting in the long drive thru lane they answered the phone and brought it out. (For people reading this in the future, the inside is closed). They finally brought my fry out... Halfway full.
Let me be very clear the general manager, manager and employees all need proper training. Restaurants like this make me wish rules and laws were in place for the customer. Restaurants should not be allowed to take money from customers and make them pull up then give them the wrong food. I think after 40 or so disgruntled customers who have legitimate food issues they legally should be shut down. When a general manager gets on the phone and defends the grossness of how a sandwich is dressed then it’s very very serious.
