They got our order wrong, and when we tried to call to let them know they basically tried to blame it on us for why they got our order wrong when it wasn’t a complicated order. On top of that, they didn’t even try to fix it/make it right. And they had horrible service, but the girl who delivered the pizza was very sweet. We will never order from here again.

I placed a custom online order today. When I got my order it was incorrect. I called and went through three different employees including the manager, for them each to tell me that since I ordered it online and not over the phone it basically was not their problem. I placed my order through the companys site, just as if over the phone , I do not understand the difference. A mistake is a mistake. The manager offered no attempt to make it right , even if they could not make or fix the pizza they could have made some gesture or coupon or anything for future order. I spent over 70.00 on pizza . My family and I will no longer eat at pizza hut we are going to little caesars. And for the record I would not even give the place a star but had to in order to place the review.

Right up the streets from my house, so that's a plus. It's better it you go over there to place an order, rather than call.

My favorite Pizza Hut. The staff is the best and the food is ALWAYS done perfectly!
