The order took 45 mins, and there wasn't many people dinning. The fried chicken was cool and soft not crispy. When we complained the staff was rude and said she served it like that all the time and people order 100's of the chicken dinners ( in a rude sarcastic voice). NEVER GOING BACK!
Good food but Literally every time my Fiancee or I try to call to order no one answers. Then when I call a few times in a row they disconnect the phone. Very rude and uncalled for. Very annoying.
My shadow will never darken this place again. Order a 12 peice mix 2 boudin burgers, large fry, large pickle @445 pm. Was told it will be ready in 25 min. So I gave them 10xtra min. Got here at 520pm and they told me 10 more min. I waited 10 more min and when I got to the window o was told another 5 min. And they did absolutely nothing to make things right. Just kept apologizing. Hope no one else comes here either.
We eat at Joe's quite often and the food is always hot and freshly cooked. The staff is very friendly and the owner is appreciative of our business. A great place to eat.
My family and I ordered the Bravo Nacho and it was so salty we could not eat it so we threw it away and called for a replacement or our refund the person who took my call said my grandmother is in charge and will call you back..I never got a call back or never got our food replaced or a refund...That will be the last time I go there...Poor customer service and bad food...The rating really is less than one star.
