Horrible staff most teachers don’t care, not worth the time and pain you will suffer there. Everyone thinks they are above each other. The school is run down and just disgusting. Mold in the ceilings and walls weed and sex all throughout the place. It may have been a high end school at one point but it’s gone no where but down hill since then.
I graduated from SHHS in 1996. No one in our graduating class graduated with less than a 2.0 GPA. But that's not to say coursework was a cakewalk --we simply had a great students and great teachers that worked really well together.
Certainly didnt hate it. And as you people look back over the years you wont hate it either. You get out of school of what you put in.
It is the worst school in the area, but Louisiana isn't the best place to live as far as education.. If you're looking for a topnotch school, you won't find it here..
