We have been coming here since they have opened and have always enjoyed it. However, it seems like every time we go, the prices go up. It is what I would consider a casual restaurant and our bill was almost $100. I have spent less than that at more upscale restaurants in the area. Also, they now make the bowl for you, which is understandable during this time. You are now limited to the amount of choices that you can make. Our bowls were mostly rice and noodles with a very small amount of meat and vegetables.
Honestly I’m amazed at the fact that the waitress thought it was okay to push me and tell me to hurry up. The ladies in line behind us looked appalled as well when she shoved them and told them to just pick one! Apparently they were about to close? It was an HOUR before closing. I read great reviews about this place and was excited to go. I was very disappointed in this god awful customer service . I had never been here and it seemed like an issue when I tried to ask a question. On top of this our sweet teas tasted like water. I decided to leave two stars because their manager came outside personally to apologize to us. The waitress came a few minutes later to apologize. It seemed like she was probably forced into the apology but at least the manager or owner knows how to run a restaurant properly.
Sainrs roll is a Fried roll, which tastes very OK. The Sexy lobster roll tastes very delicious!
If you go here, please get their bowls, it's amazing. Their sushi rolls are so good too!
Liked the food it seems like a change was made because it looked cleaner and smelled good. The veggies were burned but edible and was very dry, I should have asked for more sauce I guess. It was a nice clean place. Will go again.
