Great sandwich, Darrell's Special was very tasteful. No wait and a great atmosphere for watching a game and enjoying good food. We had the Darrell's, surf &turf, shrimp, and turkey, everyone at the table enjoyed their sandwiches. I recommend this place. Thanks Darrell's!!!!
Great sandwiches, busy place though. Had to wait an hour for a Darrell's special. Need to work on customer service in the drive thru. Bring out the food for those who has been waiting for while instead of driving back in line and find out my sandwich has been done for while. The same was soggy by the time I eat it, but it was still good.
Ryan the bartender always makes the best drinks. Pours the beers perfectly and makes you want to come back for more. The Darrell's special is my all time favorite Po Boy. Every time I have an out if state friend come visit. This is where we go to.
Great food and great people! Iconic! You have to try the special but even if you prefer something more simple, like ham and cheese, add gravy!
Darrell's Special. Jalapeno mayo. Brown gravy.sloppy and magnificently delicious. Wow what an incredible poboy. My mouth is slobbering wanting more of this culinary delight! A must have when around Lake Charles!
