Hardly any trees after the hurricanes. the trees made this place look amazing

Good luck trying to get in to this park. The hours posted both at the park and online are not accurate. I have tried to take my kid 4 times this year and every time there are chains on the fence. Google says open til 7. Its 5pm on a Wednesday, completely locked and shut down. Pretty sure there's a millage on my property tax that funds this parks operation so I expect it to be open reasonable hours. Is 7am to 9pm too much to ask?
