Rich's 5 Star Pizza

First time ordering from them and the pizza tasted pretty good. I know other reviewers had issue with their pizza not being ready on time, but mine was when I got it this evening. Hopefully, the service level will sustain over time. I would order from them again.

The pizza is pretty good however the quality of service is unacceptable.nI placed an online order and was given a pickup time. When I arrived at the restaurant, not only was my order not ready, it hadn't even been started. If this was an isolated event, I would not necessarily write a negative review, however upon speaking to a friend, turns out the same thing happened to her on a different date. There was also no attempt at customer recovery and more like a deal with it attitude amongst the waitstaff. My friends experience was the same. It's a shame Rich's, your pizza is decent but I'll have to return to CanAm which is equally as good and the service and customer appreciation is better.

Amazing pizza!!! ... But you can quit with the masks now. :)

Pizza was ok. Was first time trying it, so will give it another go. I like the variety of pies available.

I love all of Rich’s foods he serves. We have been customers since he opened. They are also the only place that will deliver to us directly.nnToday we ordered two calzones and when I opened the boxes, I felt short changed. Typically the calzones fit the box from side-to-side, but these were about 2/3 the size. I called the store to make sure they didn’t change the size of the calzone, which they say they didn’t, but what I had was contrary to that. He said sometimes it depends on who’s making them, they may fold them differently. The problem with that is no all my toppings are in one place and not w evenly spread throughout.nnConsistency is key, if you are going to produce a product the people make of them should be making them the same size every time.nnPlease don’t get me wrong, the food still tastes great, but now I have a bunch of rolled up dough and a little bit do a calzone.
