Driving an Ambulance is challenging for picking up food, sometimes we can’t stop and make a plate of food at quarters like most people take for granted.nnI was able to sit in the rig and place my order and have them bring it out to the vehicle. My stomach wasn’t growling for the rest of my 12 hour shift while working with patients.

Great customer service. The pizza is delicious and the ingredients are fresh. They always have amazing offers and the prices are reasonable.

The pizza had little to no cheese. Topping were extra. I wanted garlic crust I received plane. This is the second time this Pizza Hut screwed up my order. No wonder I usually shop at the Renton location!

This place doesn't know how to take simple order. They do this all the time... i ordered bread sticks but yet didn't bring a marinara sauce and ask for parietal cheese and cruch pepper and didn't bring that also...

I'm making a complaint about the order I placed on 1/5 @ 09:47 PM which I spent $27.35 on for a large stuffed crust pizza. The first problem with this order was that it took an hour and a half to arrive. I understand that this can happen from time to time but when I received my pizza it wasn't even warm and it was over cooked with the cheese extremely hard on parts of the pizza. The pizza was hardly enjoyable and I didn't call the location to complain because I don't have another hour and a half to wait for a fresh pizza. Throw on top of that the outrageous delivery charge that is double what it is in most locations in the US. I've lived all over the US and never had an experience that was this bad from a Pizza Hut. It's doubtful I will order from this location again. Based on the two experiences that I had at this location it seems poorly managed and needs to be restructured
