I love this place and Mr Percy is a Decent man ! I might also add that this is a pleasant neighborhood to be in very quiet and peaceful and always clean and functional!

Stayed here for about a month and1/2 great place peaceful quite not to far from the surrounding refineries and local stores as-well as the restaurants. The on-site laundry room is clean and great that they have that. The price on the lots for the rv spots is also great not expensive at all for all that they have here. Would defiantly stay here again and highly recommend. the owner is great and works with you and responds promptly to any questions you might Have.
