In the state of the world today you can expect to have to wait on service or be to served, however, this place was not busy to have to wait as long as we did just to be acknowledged as a just being there. I had to ask to have a table cleaned, so my small four person group could be seated. When we were finally seated, two customers that came after us was served first. That should have been a flag for us to go eat elsewhere, but we stayed. Once the food arrived, which was in sections, was at various temps. My order of an omelet without meat came with meat, an order of biscuits and gravy came without gravy. Overall, the food was okay, until there was a hair found on the toast. We immediately stopped eating and called for the manager. He attempted to remake, but NO, we don't do that. We didn't pay for the HAIR meal and omelet mistake. So much more happened in this visit, I would be typing for a long while.. From the beginning, with the lack of customer acknowledgement, we should have realized this may not be the place to start our day, but we wanted to give it a chance. That was our mistake.

I have always loved Waffle House in the middle of the night or right before sunrise. But now they all only do Togo after a certain time. Very very sad : (

Still struggling after the storms. Real busy for takeout. No time for people dining in. Limited menu due to supply. Have eaten here in the past and it's always been good.

Service was horrible..waited 20 min to have order taken..while sitting at a dirty table...then 25 min for food. Staff is unorganized and unprofessional. Pure chaos! Watched a server pick up a wet dirty ticket off the floor..set it on the food prep table...then move it on top of the waffle maker. Didnt wash hands..went about handling and serving food.nDirty tables..people waiting..staff playing on juke box or talking to each other. Will not be back!
