I will literally drive from Houston to Lake Charles for lunch at Leonard's Food Quarter. This place is Louisiana if anything ever was. The people that work there obviously love their jobs and know that they serve the best food in town. This is a must when in Lake Charles!! Side note... it looked like their old building was damaged in the hurricane, but they were doing an amazing job out of the smaller location, right next door to the old one. They have adapted to Covid well.
Leonard's has friendly service. They have a drive thru and walk up window but dining in yet. The is outstanding. They are a very popular restaurant!
These guys have been really great, they always have good food, and they have adequate accommodations for the pandemic. You drive to one window and place an order they give you a beeper / buzzer you go in park and once your buzzer goes off you go to another window to pick up your food very easy to transact.
Really good and delicious hot food served to your satisfaction!!! The lines expanding out the parking lot move swiftly. Nice environment with soft music in the background. Slot machines in back for entertainment. Would recommend Club Poboy to all. Eat here anytime I'm in town!
Creole at this spot - great. one of the best spots of its kind in the area. the service here is outstanding. the bill was fair for the quality of food. this place has many great reviews for a reason.
