Not sure why but the drive thru was super slow then after the wait my food was cold sad night ud83dude25

This place is horrible about their waiter deliveries 3 times in a row total order was delivered with incomplete or not correct at all. After many tries thereis no answer at mcdonalds. I only wanted to confirm orders waiter put in.

The drive thru line may be long, but their quick service cuts the wait time.

Since the hurricane's this location has continued to decline in every category imaginable... Poor customer service. Food quality, specifically breakfast, has dropped off by a mile.nnThe sausage biscuits have turned into hockey pucks, it looks like they bought the biscuits at Sam's, they're thinner, harder, no trace of the old butter topped biscuits that were served in the recent past... They are also NOT even close to being fresh, even at 0600hrs when they should be. I have gone from ordering 2 a day with a large coffee to eating anywhere except this location whenever possible.nnThe coffee is always luke warm, even during rush hours in the morning.nnTrying to order in the drive-thru is apparently a new experience for those taking the orders... Today I ordered a #4 with a large coffee and 2 sausage mcgriddles and I had to repeat the entire order 4 times to 2 different people. You'd think I was speaking in some super secret mythical language but nope, just English which is a lost art with those taking orders here.nnWhen you finally get up to the 1st window to pay, there are 3 employees standing in the background on their phones... Keep in mind that there are 2 lanes of vehicles in the drive-thru wrapped around the building almost out to the road.... It took me 36 minutes to get my order! I bit into my #4 sausage and egg biscuit and immediately tossed it into the trash. Egg was scorched, hashbrown was grease soaked and cold. I managed to salvage the coffee and 1 sausage mcgriddle from my order.nnThe manager and crew at this location should be arrested for assault and battery on the publics taste buds... Do yourself and your taste buds a favor, eat elsewhere.
