Ordered our meal through the drive thru, got our drinks and there was NO ice in the cups. I asked for a cup of ice and they said their ice machine was broke. Really? Put a damn sign out to let people know. Then got my burger and it was cold. Never again will we go back here. Not trying to be a KAREN, but come on now.

I just came from the drive thru ordered a #2 get home and there's no cheese no bacon the #2 is the som of the baconator where is the bacon?!! All I got was just two burgers on a bun ud83dude12ud83dude12 lettuce and tomatoes. Ordered baconator fries and just got cheese fries Wish I could give no stars one time a came here for a Dr. Pepper and it was flat!! The food is cold often I stopped eating here but my husband a d my daughter wanted something from here tonight and

I didn't have to wait in line! The food was fresh and hot and the servers were very courteous.
