We didn't eat there sat in line for 20 min moved 1 car length.
Don't go to this burger king.sat in drive through for at least 20 minutes. When I informed the work / Manager that my order was wrong.She informed the worker that she needs to make sure that she is taking the orders correctly. She then told me that I need to pay 6 more dollars for my order. I then told her that I wanted my money back. When the transaction was done I asked for a receipt she told me that she had to send it up proving that she gave me my money back.but I don't see a refund in my account.
What could've went smooth definitely didn't. I mean all I asked for were 2 combos and I understand that the intercom could be difficult at times. I get that. However once I arrive to window. I have my card out. The cashier asked me what I had. She half way repeated it. Then failed to tell me what my order ticket amount. Then I clarified bc she handed over one soda... Had to wait for my second order. Then the person or girl making the food didn't want to make my order. The shift lead. Came along with questions I blurted out that the cashier was making my food. Hopefully she changed her gloves after touching money all day during her shift. The food was good although it's from burger king.

They get my other wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. They deserve to be flipping burgers their whole lives. They'd never make it in the real workforce with that level of compencey. Terrible.
