Great food + First class service + Fun conversation all add up to the Right Combination. Getting to be with the Breakfast Crew is always fun; they keep me laughing, and it gets my day off to a great start! On occasion, I'll come for dinner, and it's always great to see a goodly number of people I know. If you haven't tried Gopher's, you definitely owe it to yourself to come sometime.
don't fret if it's busy, it is worth the wait. the service was sociable and attentive. it has a great interior. this place has great reviews for a reason.
Looks like it's the only restaurant in Screven, GA, so my expectations were low. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was good for a buffet, especially the fried chicken. Cole slaw looked like what Chick-fil-A used to have, but it was a little bland. I was told they had hamburgers and other a-la-carte items, but I didn't see a menu. I hope I just missed it, but I didn't see any pricing anywhere.nOn an aside, the men's room needs a stall for the toilet and a wall between the sink and urinal.nI will go back if I happen to be traveling west through Screven at lunch time.

Me and my entire family go every week to gophers. Sometimes twice a week. Best food and service around. Go try their Fri night seafood buffet..the best! The owners treat u like family.
