I went today about 3 hours ago. Joe along with his colleagues took very good care of me. I had a slow leak in my tire and was putting air in it until I was off work after a stretch of 6 days. I was greeted in a professional friendly way. I love the atmosphere. As a woman I’m not scare to take my car there for care. I know that I’m not going to be cheated. In fact my, to my surprise the repair didn’t cost me anything. I was tickled. If you want good work done on your car at a reasonable price and great people stop by. ud83dude0a

Absolutely excellent customer service...like the kind I'm not used to because it's so good. Curbside check-in was great. Didn't have to get out of my car. I was from out of town so I had my dog with me. It was a cold morning so they let me bring my puppy inside with me (well behaved, on a leash). I was so impressed by how accommodating everyone was.nnI had a nail in my newly purchased tires but since I had bought the warranty (buy the warranty!) it didn't cost me a penny. I had made an appointment (make an appointment!) and I was in and out in a couple of minutes.nnGreat experience!

I came in today for tire pressure and tread check, Ryan Williams helped me. He was so friendly, personable and had amazing customer service! My previous experiences with car maintenance shops have been quite scary as I have been overcharged and taken advantage of. Ryan was sure to explain all the price quotes and offer the protection plan! Brandon put air in my tires and gave me more information and amazing customer service as well. I decided to do business with Discount Tire in Loganville all thanks to Ryan and Brandon’s amazing customer service, expertise and professionalism. I will continue to come to this location for all of my tire needs.

I took my Ram to Discount tire about a month ago and Joe took great care of me. He had to order my tires and promptly contacted me when they arrived. Highly recommend these guys for tire services.

Set up an appointment here two day in advanced, drove 35 minutes to show up early, then was told I brought the improper tire to mount...I brought the same exact tires that were already on the truck, the same tires I have towed 17,500lbs with, the same tires that I’ve put 46,000 miles on, the same 12ply E rated tires that are actually higher weight restriction than what my truck came with from the factory...Also I called a week prior to get pricing and joe told me $300 for mount and balance, when the time came to actually set up an appointment, he changed it to $375....Joe was responsible for my entire experience with this store, gave a very unapologetic excuse and started to make it out to be my fault, when he did apologize it was very insincere and he offered no solution.. . If you drive a lifted or heavy duty truck, stay away from this place.
