This is my second time going to Loganville Ford Service dept and they are fantastic. The team greets you from the time you walk through the door. I love love this dealership service department. I will always go to them before going back to GWINNETT PLACE FORD!

The online appointment system offers options that the service department won't honor.nnI made an online appointment to have a prepurchase inspection on a Ford truck I was looking to buy. They offered valet service on the website , so I made an appointment to have the truck picked up.nnI called 30 minutes before the appointment to verify (no one contacted me), and the service advisor who answered be said that they don't do valet, and they don't do inspections on vehicles they don't sell. While I understand this position, Gwinnett CDJR offers this for outside purchases on the makes they sell. The man said I could come get an oil change and they'd do a visual inspection, and he wasn't rude, but he hung up (as I was talking) before I could ask him to cancel the appointment.nnThey may be great at service, but perhaps not so great at websites or with people who don't buy from them (who might just be good prospects for other major or minor service).

Excellent customer service. Quick, professional service. Employees value me as a customer and a person. Very comfortable having my SUV serviced there.

The best experience! I called on a Monday for a recalled lock, and they told me I could drop my car off that night! I needed some time to arrange rides, so I dropped it off the following day instead. On the phone, the gentleman told me it could be two days until I had my car back. Midway through the day, they called saying it was already done and I could pick it up after just a few hours of being there! They also worked with me to be able to pick my car up after hours so that I didn't have to leave work early. I could not be more pleased with my experience and I will definitely use Loganville Ford to service my vehicles in the future.
