Last time I went was a great experience so I left a great review.... this time not so much! I showed up 40 minutes before closing... literally looked them up online to check there hours and headed right over. Three workers, nobody in line, and they wouldn’t give me an oil change. They decided to close early and told me I could drive to snellville if I wanted to.... which is the opposite direction I live...
Really professional service. I have used 5 min several times since pitching my Jeep. Always a great job. As a veteran service member (Navy) I love when they offer the VA deals!!!!
Great experience! Super fast oil change. Friendly service. We stayed in our vehicle for the service which took less than 15 minutes at 1pm on a Sunday. They were able to accommodate our large/tall sprinter style van. Thanks!
Service was quick and efficient. Hailey and Taj are attentive, friendly, and informative. Was able to get the oil change done without getting dirty, and in less time I would have taken, with no mess to clean.
I love the convenience and speed of getting my oil change here. It is more expensive, but well worth it! Every time I go, service is excellent! They changed my oil, topped off my fluids, washed my windshield, and even gave me a bottled water. Such wonderful personalized service!nWill continue using Take 5 for my oil changes in the future!
